Urisen Pricing Guide — How Much Does It Cost?
Urisen pricing follows a simple structure: course fee + nomination fee + options. Prices vary by shop and area, but here are the typical ranges you can expect in Tokyo. All prices are in Japanese yen (JPY).

Course Fees (Basic Service)
The course fee is the base price for your session. Longer sessions offer better value per minute.
| Course | Price Range | Approx. USD |
|---|---|---|
| 60 minutes | ¥10,000 – ¥15,000 | $65 – $100 |
| 90 minutes | ¥15,000 – ¥22,000 | $100 – $145 |
| 120 minutes | ¥20,000 – ¥30,000 | $130 – $200 |
| Extension (30 min) | ¥5,000 – ¥8,000 | $33 – $53 |
* USD estimates are approximate and will vary with exchange rates.
Nomination Fee (Shimei-ryou)
If you want a specific cast member, a nomination fee is added on top of the course fee. This typically costs ¥1,000 – ¥3,000 (about $7 – $20).
If you choose “free” (no nomination), the shop assigns an available cast member — but you may not get someone who matches your preferences. For first-timers, we recommend browsing profiles and nominating someone you like.
Optional Services

Some services cost extra. Availability varies by cast member, so confirm when booking.
| Option | Price Range |
|---|---|
| Anal (AF) | ¥3,000 – ¥5,000 |
| Golden shower | ¥1,000 – ¥3,000 |
| Costume play | ¥1,000 – ¥2,000 |
| 3P (threesome) | Course fee x 2 |
Not all cast members offer all options. Always confirm during the booking process to avoid misunderstandings.
Payment Methods
- Cash (recommended) — Accepted everywhere. This is the safest option. Get Japanese yen from ATMs at convenience stores (7-Eleven, Lawson, FamilyMart) which accept international cards.
- Credit cards — Some shops accept cards, but always confirm in advance. Card payments may incur a small surcharge.
- Digital payment — A few shops accept PayPay or other mobile payment apps, but this is rare.
Payment is made upfront at the beginning of your session. For delivery services, you pay the cast member when they arrive.
Saving Money: Tips for Tourists
- First-time discounts— Many shops offer ¥1,000 – ¥3,000 off for new customers. Ask when booking.
- Weekday / daytime rates — Some shops offer lower prices during off-peak hours.

- Check SNS — Some shops post discount codes on Twitter/X.
