Manners & Rules — How to Be a Welcome Client
Good manners are not complicated, but they make a huge difference. Following these rules ensures a better experience for you and the cast, and means you will always be welcome back. Think of this as your complete etiquette guide.

Before Your Session
Hygiene Is Everything
This cannot be emphasized enough. Clean hygiene is the single most important thing you can do for your cast.
- Shower thoroughly. In-store shops provide a shower. For delivery, shower at your hotel before the cast arrives. Wash everywhere — your body, your private areas, and your behind.
- Brush your teeth. Oral hygiene matters, especially for kissing services. Carry a travel toothbrush if needed.
- Trim your nails. Long or jagged fingernails can scratch and cause injury during intimate contact. Trim them before your visit.
- Wear clean clothes. Fresh underwear and clean clothing show basic respect.
- Avoid strong cologne. A light scent is fine, but heavy cologne can be overwhelming in close quarters.
Be on Time
- Arrive at your scheduled time. Being late wastes the cast's time and may shorten your session.
- If you are running late, call the shop as soon as possible.
- If you need to cancel, do so as early as you can. Last-minute cancellations are disrespectful and may result in a cancellation fee.

Absolute Rules (Breaking These Gets You Banned)
Condoms Are Mandatory
Condoms are required for all penetrative services. This is non-negotiable at every reputable shop. Do not ask for unprotected sex. Do not offer extra money for it. You will be refused and may be banned.
No Photos or Recording
Taking photos or videos of the cast, the rooms, or the premises is strictly prohibited. This includes:
- Photos of the cast (clothed or otherwise).
- Videos during the session.
- Voice recordings.
- Screenshots of video calls if applicable.
Violating this rule will result in immediate session termination, a permanent ban, and potentially police involvement.
No Violence
Any form of violence — hitting, slapping, choking, biting, or rough handling — is absolutely forbidden unless specifically agreed upon as part of the service. Even then, clear boundaries must be established beforehand. When in doubt, be gentle.
No Stalking
Do not follow the cast, wait outside the shop, attempt to find their personal information, or contact them outside of official channels. Stalking is a criminal offense in Japan.

During Your Session
Respect Boundaries
- If the cast says no to something, accept it immediately. Do not ask repeatedly or try to negotiate.
- Some casts have specific services they do not offer. Respect their limits.
- Do not try to remove the condom during the session.
Communicate
- Let the cast know if something feels good or if you would like to try something different.
- Speak up if you are uncomfortable or in pain.
- Even with a language barrier, simple words, gestures, and expressions are understood.
Do Not Be Demanding
- The cast is providing a service, not fulfilling every fantasy on demand. Be reasonable in your requests.
- Do not try to extend the session without paying for additional time.
- Do not negotiate prices during the session.
After Your Session
Say Thank You
A simple “arigatou” (ありがとう) or “thank you” goes a long way. The cast will appreciate your gratitude.
Tipping
Tipping is not required or expected in Japan, but it is appreciated in the urisen industry. If you had a great experience, a tip of 1,000 to 3,000 yen is a kind gesture. Hand it directly to the cast, not to the shop staff.
Leave Promptly
When your session time is up, get dressed and leave within a reasonable time. Do not linger in the room or common areas. The cast may have another client waiting.

What Makes Casts Happy
- Clients who are clean and smell good.
- Clients who are polite and respectful.
- Clients who communicate openly about what they want.
- Clients who follow the rules without being asked.
- Clients who are relaxed and easy to be around.
- Clients who say thank you and leave a tip.
What Gets You Banned
- Refusing to use a condom.
- Taking photos or recording.
- Violence or aggressive behavior.
- Stalking or contacting the cast privately.
- Being extremely unhygienic.
- Being drunk or under the influence of drugs.
- Repeatedly ignoring the cast's boundaries.
- Attempting to negotiate prices aggressively.
The Golden Rule
Treat the cast the way you would want to be treated in their position. They are people doing their job, and they deserve respect. If you follow this simple principle, everything else falls into place naturally.
