First Time Anal Sex — A Practical Guide
If you are considering anal sex during your urisen visit and it is your first time, there is nothing to be embarrassed about. Many visitors are in the same situation. This guide covers the practical basics so you can feel prepared, comfortable, and safe. Your cast is experienced and will guide you — but knowing what to expect can help you relax.

Preparation: Before Your Visit
A little preparation goes a long way toward a comfortable experience.
Diet
- Eat light meals for several hours before your session. Avoid heavy, greasy, or spicy foods.
- High-fiber foods (vegetables, whole grains) in the days leading up to your visit help keep things clean naturally.
- Stay hydrated, but do not overeat right before your appointment.
Hygiene and Douching
- Shower thoroughly before your session. If visiting in-store, a shower is available at the shop.
- Douching (rinsing with warm water) is recommended but not strictly required. If you have never done it before, a simple bulb-type douche with plain warm water is sufficient.
- Do not use soap or chemicals internally — warm water only.
- If douching feels too complicated for your first time, a thorough external cleaning and a light diet will usually be fine.

During the Session
Your Cast Will Lead
The most important thing to know: your cast is a professional. They have done this many times and know how to make things comfortable for you. Let them set the pace. You do not need to know what to do — just relax and follow their lead.
Lubricant Is Essential
- Lubricant is absolutely necessary for anal sex. The shop provides it, so you do not need to bring your own.
- Do not be shy about asking for more lubricant at any point. There is no such thing as too much.
- Water-based lubricant is standard and safe to use with condoms.
Relaxation Is Key
- Tension is the main cause of discomfort. Take deep breaths and consciously relax your body.
- It is completely normal to feel nervous. Your cast understands this and will be patient.
- Some mild pressure or an unusual sensation is normal, but sharp pain is not. If it hurts, say so immediately.
Communication
- Speak up if anything hurts.Even a simple “stop” or “wait” is understood. You can also use hand gestures.
- Saying “itai” (痛い, pronounced ee-tai) means “it hurts” in Japanese — a useful word to know.
- You can stop at any time. There is no obligation to continue if you are uncomfortable.
- It is also fine to change your mind entirely. If you decided to try but it does not feel right, you can switch to other services instead.
Safety Rules
- Condoms are mandatory. All reputable shops require condom use for penetrative sex, no exceptions. This protects both you and the cast.
- Never request unprotected sex. This is a firm rule and will be refused.
- If a condom breaks, stop immediately and use a new one.
Do Not Force Anything
Anal sex should never be painful. If your body is not ready, that is completely okay. Some people need a few tries before they are comfortable. There is no failure here — the goal is mutual enjoyment.
Many clients enjoy their session without anal sex at all. Massage, oral services, and mutual touching are all part of the experience. Do what feels right for you.
After the Session
- Minor soreness afterward is normal and should resolve within a day.
- Use the shower at the shop to clean up before you leave.
- If you experience any persistent pain or bleeding, see a doctor. Japan has English-speaking clinics in major cities.
